I've been feeling better and I've gotten back on the wagon of gettin' stuff done!
I worked on the coop/garden shed this weekend. It's a (partially-rotting) plywood shed with a brick floor. I allocated a 2x6 section of the back for chickens, and the rest will be garden supplies.

Exterior:
(a couple of coats of "oops" paint, chicken door, temporary chicken fence). To the right, you can see my compost bins, and in front of the bins is where my veggie garden will be. To the left of the chicken fence, you can barely see the big but dormant fig tree.
Interior:
New paint, raised chicken area with storage underneath, brick floor, one chicken in nest box while other stands guard.

The light-colored 2x6 in between the two red 2x4s at the bottom is removable for easy change of litter.
