The large woman plus the pig equals Charles is not intended to mean that he either resembles a pig or a fat woman, or that he is a product of the two combined. I don't know his parents, but I suspect that is not the case. In actuality, his picture is meant to say "good," as in my picture of "Big" on the "Pig" is good.
