I guess LJ has been changing things - I have not changed any settings but between Thursday and Saturday, entries have started to go to moderation for approval. Unfortunately, there is also some kind of great, stinking, huge lag between the time you submit your entry and the time the moderation request is getting to my inbox - over two hours, guys. So I apologize for any frustrations and am looking into what the hell might have happened. Thanks to those of you posting and for your patience.
