i don't know what exactly this excavation site is. It's open to the public, and I'm glad that some people at least had the decency to put their graffiti on the supporting concrete concrete wall. That pinkish-and-white building is the theatre.

I think this is a magnolia tree (not native). And you can see a bit of the opera building on the left.
The access to the Roman forum was already closed, so I had to use the zoom. And did I mention the fog? And it was already getting dark.
