1. I exercised today
2. I deep cleaned the bathroom, which was long in coming. There was a pile on the floor of make-up and other random crap. Now it is all clean.
3. Dishes are done man! As well as a cleaned out fridge and kitchen counter tops.
4. I have fresh veggies to cook with this week. I will find good recipes to use them before they go bad.
5. I have amazingly supportive friends and family. I am loved and cared for. I even have kick ass co-workers.

I will start taking better care of myself, emotionally and physically regardless of what is going on in my life. Today I did that by eating good food, exercising, and creating a healthier, cleaner environment to live in. I will practice having an attitude of gratitude.
