Headed off to a funeral today for a man who was one of my dad's best friends ever. He knew me all of my life, he was my teacher, my early years were spent playing in his house with his son while his wife and my mom (also best friends) did Mom Things. He was a really tough nut to crack so we weren't all that close but I know he cared very much about us. It will be a hole in my world. Gordy I'll miss you.
