To celebrate Midsummer - one of the biggest holidays/celebrations in Finland - and the start of my second full round in the Uberhood, I bring you my second entry to the maxis_taste dare Bachelors, bachelors, bachelors. Gilbert Jacquet successfully runs the family business, J'Adore Bakery, in Bluewater Village.
He is also known as the loving and....
... supportive son of Denise Jacquet.
Like a good mother Denise always keeps a watchful eye of her son. He's a romance sim and Denise wants to keep him out of trouble.
When ladies invite Gilbert to a party, he asks if he can bring his best friend, mother Denise, along. (That's what he did, when Dina invited him over.)
He says it's, because they always have such a good time together.
Yep, Gilbert and Denise are almost inseparable.
Romance sims need a lot of love and there the match making service comes in handy.
And mother Denise is always close at hand.
It's obvious that Gilbert has an Oedipus complex: he loves older ladies (this is Linda Worthington, the mother of Frances III, who becomes an elder in a couple of days).
Gilbert has one three bolt attraction in the uberhood - Catherine Viejo. Oedipal much!
