I love my boss
We thought we might close today for the weather, since we usually follow the lead of local schools. But we didn't. And my street looked very much like a skating rink. So i emailed my boss, and said I wouldn't make it this morning, but I'd see how it looked when it warmed up a little later. And he told me not to bother because it was an awful mess out, and would probably re-freeze before it was time to leave tonight, and he'd see me tomorrow. I just wish the Mega Budget Meeting of Doom had been rescheduled for a less frozen and yicky day so I could have seen it firsthand, but I'm pretty sure my job is safe for the moment, so I'll catch the highlights tomorrow. I'm in a good place...
