He finds the book on a Thursday, two months after Lilith's hound tore Dean apart and the white-eyed bitch took his brother to Hell. He finds the book and it tells him everything he could possibly ever think to ask about Hell.

He finds the book and he reads it and he clenches his fists tight enough that his bones creak.

"Ruby," he says.

She appears within in minutes, always at his beck and call anymore. He'd thought it was to watch his back since he was alone, when he considered the state of things at all.

Sam glances up at her through his bangs, fingers itching to strangle her. Unfortunately, that would just hurt the body, not her.

"Yeah, Sam?" she asks, all wide-eyed and eager to please.

He can't believe the act worked before. Now that he knows, he sees everything"You lied to me," he says softly, eyes on the page, rereading the words. "You lied to me and let Dean go to Hell ( ... )

Uriel on Dean, I think, he's angry that Dean's tempted Castiel or was chosen by God or stands in the way of Lucifer or all of the above. Although this might already have happened what with Uriel letting Alistair out.
Up to you.

"Hello, mudmonkey," Uriel says, clinging tight to the emotions swirling in him. Emotions are a human weakness; he harnesses them, absorbs them, moves on. He will not fall prey to such a human fallacy ( ... )

continues from here.

Castiel begs so beautifully. Alistair slices and dices him, heals him, fucks him with knives and whips and finally his own cock, with no lube but what the pretty little angel bleeds out.

Not quite as fun as Dean'd been, before Castiel plucked his pet from Hell, but still--Alistair purrs, sighs, sinks into his lust-tarnished brother again.

Dean and our dearly missed YED. It could be for killing his family, feeding Sam his blood, sending Jake to kill Sam, you pick.

When Dean sees his mother about to make a deal with her own murderer, something inside him roars.

Azazel's stolen head flies up, his stolen eyes widen, and he throws himself backwards with his stolen body, muttering, "That's impossible."

Mary(not Mom, not yet) glances at Dean, John(Dad? Daddy's dead again) still prone across her lap.

Dean stalks forward, letting the monster within, the monster nourished in Hell by Alistair's attention, have full rein.

Hell is for burning, for branding, for breaking. For reforging. Hell doesn't create the beast--Hell refines it.

"I'm done with you," Dean hisses, catching Azazel and hoisting him into the air. "I killed you before--I'll do better now."

"No," Azazel repeats desperately, contorting Dean's grandfather's face into an expression it'd probably never worn before. "That's impossible. You're a human ( ... )

When Jake gets to Hell, she is waiting. She welcomes him open arms, with a wide smile, with a throne and a scepter and a kingdom to rule as he sees fit.

When Jake gets to Hell, he thinks about Mom and Dakota and Connie. His family. The people she killed, trying to raise some devil inside him.

When Jake gets to Hell, he sits on the throne and he wears the crown and he clenches the scepter tight in his hands, until his fingers bleed around it.

When Jake gets to Hell, he commands, "Break her into pieces."

When Jake gets to Hell, he is no longer the devil's son; he is Lucifer reborn, and Lucifer has no mother.
