Weekly update (cuz i remembered)
mom's house had a lightning strike go through her electrical lines last thurs (today is tue). broke bunches of stuff, phones, a/m, pcs, tvs, receivers. it was scary. especially since i was outside when the lightning hit & it was LOUD & freaked me the hell out. ben had his chain hoist tied to a tree, doubt that was helpful. ha-ha. then sat i helped ben clean up candy's extra "office" area (they turned the garage into part of the house) b/c the cats had taken it over w/ fur & crap. ewww. i'm almost fully back to normal today, but im still a lil phlegmy. classes start in 3 weeks. im so excited! im a nerd. yes. got all my books ordered a week or so ago & took out a loan to help us w/ finances as im *still* not employed. looking to move when our lease expires, rather than keep an apt when we're both not employed & watch my credit hit the can. i love ben so much. he's thinking of converting moms garage into a mother in law apt & we're gonna stay there. on the one hand - back in arcadia??? on the other hand - i always liked the small towns. i won't be living w/ mom, so its a diff situation & i wont be dating an ass who makes me feel insecure, so i wont be as sad. :) we're also looking into starting to buy storage units from auctions. fun stuff. im excited about that. ah well, that's pretty much what's going on. till next time!
