I just spent WAY too much money on groceries. I think i'll have to give up the hippie lifestyle. It's too rich for my blood.
in other news, there was a killer storm that went through oxford yesterday that lasted for less than 30 seconds. I was at work and the doors blew open and I didn't really understand what was happening. While nothing was reported [at least from what I saw of the brief search I did on local news], it pretty much tore apart the town. Apparently my apartment building was without power for the rest of the night [again] and came back on mere minutes before i returned home from work [which meant all the neighbors were outside and we had another little mini party], and there are TONS of huge trees that were downed and traffic lights were out.
