Today, I celebrated the "8th" birthday of dear friend/former roomie KF and learned that at least two others in my circle have their wedding anniversaries today - Leap Year, February 29. Pretty cool stuff.
So, I'm running a little runny run run on Saturday. It's going to be warm in Albany, GA, probably similar to what it was in Chicago. I'm going to go for it, though - the training is in, I've worked hard, and I'll be hydrated and rested when I hit the start line. As coach KG would say, the hay is in the barn. We'll see how it goes.
