TigerAnne builds a cottage.

I had the idea for this lot a long time ago, but it's only recently that I've gotten around to making it. The house itself was a very quick build, as it's fairly small and none too complicated. However, the garden was another story. I really knocked myself loose on this one.

This is the actual house, before the garden was finished. It's another Spanish-inspired country cottage, but I think it can be turned into other styles by restructuring the roof a little, and maybe use other windows.

Most of these flowers are conversions from Sims 4. I love them way too much. This time I tried to avoid giving the garden an overly tropical look, because I think I want to re-use this lot in another hood.

The plan was to make a super-picturesque house that looked like it came out of something like a Thomas Kincaide painting. I think I mostly succeeded.

The house is "clean" and has never been inhabited, so I could try to upload it if anyone should want it. Just so you know, however, this is a 3x4 lot. It requires a bit of space, and the back yard is completely empty. I made the house 99% for my own purposes.

The lot also won't come with the fruit trees. They're functional work-stations, with several slaved objects that according to the creators, Sun&Moon, can become corrupted. This is the version of the house I'm intending to play, in the Uglacy neighbourhood, and I put the trees in for that purpose.

This house will belong to some Sims I've missed for a long time. :) They had to come to Spain. Next project up, is a house for a terrible permanent-tourist family. That should be fun, ha ha ha!
