Looking for a place to live in canton...
...And I found a house.
An amazing newly renovated small house with a red door- hardwood floors and well, EVERYTHING we want. I could get approved for a mortgage that would give us about 814/ month payments... but we'd have to tack on utilities...
Its doable- but its SO SCARY because I WONT HAVE A JOB (or stipend). Rob will be working a .25-.5 time teaching job- combined household income- >15k.
But I have it in savings...
Concern- selling it after 2 years...
what if i cant get somone to buy it!? Its close to SLU that i could rent it- but i dont want to be an absentee landlord!
What to do, what to do...
