Back again...
...Wow. I just realized today that I prod John to post but I haven't posted since February and it's the middle of March! Gotta get better at that. Though, in all honesty, I've been working on a lot of personal stuff and posting would just have been long rants of "I Don't Know!"
I am scheduled to have a closing the end of the month - well, provided that that the seller will accept a price reduction on the property. We've discovered that the seller and his agent have lied on NUMEROUS occasions to both my face and my client's and they continue to change their story. Come to find out, the home has LP siding and polybeutilien (sp?!) piping, both of which were subjects of BIG class action lawsuits in the late 80s and mid-90s, and which will most likely cost approximately $6,000 to correct. Provided that this closes, I will have closed a house every month so far this year. I ROCK!
My to-do list today is still really long. John's mom is coming tomorrow and the house is a wreck. I've been cleaning today and still have lots left to do. Apparently, she does not yet know that John and I live together - I tried to worm out of being here when she finds out, but John claims he needs my help at the office on Saturday. I hope she takes it well and does not think I am a wanton hussy. Though I suppose we don't have to mention that we've been living together since week three...On that note, this month we've been seeing each other nine months! That's almost a year and it really does not seem like so. Time really does fly by.
My feet are cold.
I am just really lacking motivation today. Its like it all just flew out the window. I know I need to clean the house and work on my craigslist ad. But I don't want to. I want to get dressed and go get a coke, but lazy Tiffany says sighs and flops. I think I'll flop with her. Just for a moment.
Apparently, Sin is in my house. Woot!
