I like how you exploit the possibilities with Sam: the way he comes off as a top, his darker side, his psychic powers (which I really wish he still had). And Dean, who's already proven he'll take any kind of abuse if it's for Sam - this is just the logical, NC-17 rated outcome. :)

Dear Lord you have killed me. Sam knows his stuff, very inventive. I notice he has kept his little pets and I am sure he will bring them out to play when Dean least expects it. Poor suffering Dean, he suffers so beautifully, Sam just can't help himself. I am so going to hell, do you think I might get to watch them while I'm there? You are the Master of torment.
Sam knows his stuff indeed. The boy is a never ending font of evil. And the snakes have definitely not made their last appearance though Sam wants to cause Dean unbearable pain all on his own for the most part. :D
