Those visuals were very much with me when I was writing this. He's not quite that bloody yet but Sam's just getting started.

With Sam's wonderfully evil healing abilities, wouldn't it be frustrating for Dean if Sam healed his jaw joint in the wide open position, so that even though he has teeth and Sam leaves him free will he still can't close his mouth to bite.

What else could Sam torment Dean with when he's in that sort of predicament? Nice juicy cheeseburger comes to mind. And left long enough in that predicament with wonderful smells of favourite foods and Sam's pychic help to feel desperately hungry I'm sure Dean could be persuaded to enjoy sucking Sam's cock and eating lots and lots of come. :)

Hey, Jay! So good to see you back! Dean's heart is pounding pretty hard now too, poor baby. Fine art it may seem (and that's an awesome compliment)but these don't come nearly as easily as they used to. But maybe a little gap between them makes the heart grow fonder? Or something like that.
