“How are you, really?” the therapist asks in his too smooth voice, a stylized letter opener tapping his open palm.

“Okay,” Dean replies, because what else is he going to say? My brother and I started the apocalypse and now he’s burning in hell? Not a great idea.

“Don’t sell yourself short, my boy.” The velvety tone disappears under a disturbingly familiar rasp. “You’re far better than okay when on your back. And absolutely superb on your knees. Open that pretty mouth for me and let's get started."

The therapist’s eyes flash white and Dean wakes in sweat drenched horror.
