My roomie and buddy Miguel (guinnesscub) cooked me his world famous "chicken in THE foil" tonight.  Please note, According to Miguel it is essential that this dish be referred to as "chicken in the foil", not simply "chicken in foil".  Regardless of it's name, it was just what the doctor ordered since I've been having a low-energy day and didn't feel like cooking a damn thing.
