John Stokes: Good afternoon, residents of Melior. Welcome to Melior Modulation, your only number one choice in radio for fifteen years. Today we have two very special guests, here to discuss the disturbing incident at Claiborne. Please welcome Maddie and Jack Fenton of FentonWorks.
Jack: So we just talk into this-
Maddie: Glad we could be here, John!
John: Indeed…So, to shed some light, Mrs. Fenton, what do you-
Maddie: Oh, hon, Maddie’s fine, I’m not a grandmother.
Jack: The last person that though she was got shot with a Fenton Canon! Ha!
Maddie: Jack...
John: Maddie, then. In regards to the incident in Claiborne, what explanation did you two come up with?
Maddie: Oh, that’s easy, it was-
Jack: GHOSTS! Tons of ‘em!
John: I ...Ghosts?
Maddie: That’s right! You see, when ghosts get tied to the human plane for too long, they get restless. Well, all those bodies looked pretty cozy, don’t you think? Suddenly there was a horde covering poor Claiborne, the poor dears.
John: So ...What you’re saying is that the cause was a horde of ...zombies?
Maddie: Oh, not at all, dear. That word isn’t scientific. We like to call them the post-death creepers.
Jack: Because they’re POST-DEATH and they’re CREEPY.
Maddie: Exactly.
John: ...Oh well, look at the time, it appears we’re out of it! Mr. and Mrs. Fenton, do you have anything to say to the audience before you’re cut?
Maddie: We do! Our son, Danny, is on the Victoria II and in town this week. We’d like to say HI SWEETIE!! MOMMY AND DADDY LOVE YOU! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
John: You two do realize was that the Victoria II was the ship involved in the incident, right?
Maddie: WHAT!?
Jack: ATTA BOY, DANNY! SHOW THOSE POST-WHATEVER-WHATSITS WHO’S BOSS!!
John: Aaaand that’s all! See you next week folks! Geez, what a bunch of quacks.
