Good things (because I feel like it's been such a negative morning):
-I'm back to food logging. I'm keeping my food log at
healthytica so I can get a better overview of how I'm doing this week. Also good for tracking those few moments when I feel awake (as opposed to this zombie-like trance I feel like I've been in lately).
-My car is running great!
-I'm about to do something really good for someone that I care about that's going to go a long way in helping him. He doesn't deserve all this goodness, but he's getting it anyway.
