Ok, it's official. I have GOT to go shopping for some new clothes. This sweater I'm wearing today has some funky splotching going on that I couldn't even see in my (extremely dim) bedroom this morning. It's pretty bad. So, next Friday, look out extremely-cheap-places-to-buy-a-shirt-with-sleeves. Tica's coming!!
How often do "normal" chicas go shopping and buy new clothes anyway? Anyone? I know I'm waaay below average. I get new clothes, which is almost always a combination of 3 pairs of pants and two shirts for whatever reason, what...twice a year? I had to a few months ago when I posted those pictures because I'd sized down out of most of my work pants. I put all of those bigger clothes in a bag a few days ago, btw, so I could donate them to a charity or the victims of the wildfires or something. I haven't quite decided yet. Finally letting those pieces of me go. This leaves me with 2 long sleeve shirts (none of which are appropriate for work) and 2 cardigans (yes, I dress like a librarian. stfu).
Actually, let me check myself. I only keep the clothes twice a year. Any other time I shop, I get buyers remorse and between 6-12 hours after I buy something, I'm getting my money back. I don't know why that is. Especially if it's something I buy while I'm out with my girlfriends. It's not like I feel pressured to buy (most of the time) things I don't like or that what I'm buying is expensive in any way, shape or form. If I'm not 100% sure about it, expect to see me back in the store in a little while. I guess it's just good to get the shopping out of your system sometimes.
Anyway, the point is next weekend is a shopping weekend. And perfect timing too because I don't think Georgia's game is being televised (it's just Homecoming against Troy).
Daydreaming of sweaters and new handbags (ooh, and new shoes. oh, and a new sports bra. so much shopping to do),
