I love how a big telecom can charge for a 911 service fee and not provide it. Only with the big three can this happen.

Congratulations BC on another terrible voter turnout this election. Only 50% to 52% of eligible British Columbians got off their ass and voted. Richmond, you are again in the news for all the wrong reasons, only 39% of eligible voters in the Richmond Centre riding voted. 39 PER CENT! That's just sad.
