I've always loved fall.  As the weather gets cooler, the colours become so much more vivid. 
Many of the summer's most interesting plants and flowers have died off only to become even more interesting as they dry out.

I spotted these guys in a friend's garden.  She's pretty sure they're responsible for the rather extensive damage that's been done to some of her plants.  :(
They're a little less than 1 centimeter long and located in Southern Ontario, Canada.
