What I’ve Learned About Apple Crisp:
1. Using orange juice to keep the apples from going brown is much tastier than using lemon juice.
2. Adding the orange zest makes it even yummier.
3. When the recipe calls for brown sugar, using half dark and half light is a tasty idea.
