New Obsessions
God help me, this new werewolf LARP idea is all I can think about. All my free time is getting tied up in thinking about it, thinking about characters, thinking about setting details, thinking about monthly adventure hooks, thinking about hurdles and how to clear them.
My last attempt to run a Werewolf LARP was awful. The few scenes I got the chance to run went, I thought, REALLY well. They involved the characters, they hinted at over-plot, they introduced the setting to the players, and everyone seemed to have a really good time during their scenes. Then the game died badly, and I was upset with how it ended. It really seemed like no but me cared how the game went. But every session you run a LARP is a learning experience, and I did learn some things.
I've decided to try to set it up, and get it ready to play. That way I'll either have it ready to go, so that I can go with a vengeance if that's the way things head, or I can get it out of my system once and for all.
