Bei Mir Bist Du Schon

Usually the start of a new semester and increased activity means lots of updates from me, so far I've been having such a great time that I think its just been slipping my mind.
I'm one who likes written and photographic records of everything I do, which is why I'm a camera-whore and LJ fan. Maybe I just don't have enough faith in human memory. Anyways, here's my schedule.
-BIOL 20: Biology that covers both life and laboratory sciences, this last round of GE's isn't so painless.
-ENGL 1B: My freshman year I made some mistakes and choices and failed an english class (Something I would have abhorred in high school) But now I get to retake it, and with two years of college writing under my belt, its quite easy now.
-RTVF 150: Radio! I'm learning the business side of the Radio industry, so far every class has been exhilarating.
-RTVF 192: Working as a Technical Director in a studio sound-stage for a live news show each friday morning, finally something to put on my resume
-TA 117: Singing and dancing every friday afternoon for Hairspray.

So, my schedule is pretty lopsided this year, with friday being my busiest day, but so far I've enjoyed the class-every-day thing.

I've yet to spend a full weekend in my apartment, something I'd like to remedy, but I've kept having things pop up and had to go back to Pleasanton. Once my sister heads off to SC, I think I'll finally be able to truly live in San Jose. Until then, my parents have bestowed upon us a hefty dose of paint-your-bedrooms, replace-your-carpets, and attend-these-barbecues. My parents are trying to squeeze all the family-time they can out of the last few week before they become true empty-nesters, which I understand.
Next weekend I've got the Blink-182 concert. The one after that I'll have a full day of the entire family dropping my sister off at college. After that, I might finally get an empty weekend to... sit around my apartment and watch reruns of West Wing. What else are college weekends for?
