So much has changed since! I'm now out in Nanaimo, studying to get a second degree, BSc in Nursing. It's been a tough adjustment what with complete displacement from one side of the country to the opposite side. I can't wait to get back home to see my friends... though the family situation is not good at the moment =/ Ask if you want to know, I'm too tired to delve into all the nitty-gritty details now.
Dolly-wise, I have two "new" dolls!!! (They've been around for a month now XD) A Cuna Moofie that I'm naming POOF (courtesy of Stella XD) and a Baby's Breath that I'm calling Lottie~~~~ Tilde and Hen accompanied me here too. I really can't imagine not having a dolly around, they're oddly therapeutic.
POOF the MOOF!
I'll be heading out to San Diego in less than two weeks to visit a high school friend who I haven't seen in a good number of years. I figure that as long as he's on the west coast and doing co-op down there, I might as well visit a friendly face. That and I have an insanely long wait time between the day of my last classes (Dec 3) and the start of my one and only exam (Dec 18) so instead of twiddling my thumbs, I'm traveling! I'm definitely flying back to Toronto the minute I'm done (some overnight flight) so I'll be back on the 19th. I sincerely hope that it doesn't snow... as much as I LOVE snow, I'll be completely devastated if they push back the date of my exam because of poor weather. One inch of snow causes a lot of problems and three inches will shut down the city completely.
I never remember to update this thing. They're forcing us to keep a journal in my nursing class so I've been entirely remiss about posting anything else.
