Another mostly successful lesson day. There were a few incidents of children attempting to buck the system, but they both were able to get all their work completely done. Maggie even practiced her piano/singing lessons and taught Roo C, D, E & F on the piano. Go Maggie!
The kids really wanted to go swimming after lessons, but I protested that it was simply too cold. It is beautiful outside. There is a wondrous cool breeze and the sun is blazing down keeping the temp very comfortable for sitting outside, but too cool for swimming. I let them since they did such a great job of getting all their work done before 3 o'clock. They swam and jumped and played for about 15 minutes before their lips were purple and they shivered into their towels.
Seamus is in his seventh reading and writing lesson. I am excited!
