hmm... i would say this. i've only had one manager/supervisor ever give me a real gift. and he was weird. (seriously, do you remember that thing? it was the bizarre, ceramic, yankee candle stove.) instead, the whole office always did some sort of holiday thing/party/gift exchange.

however! i think j. gave us each hanukkah gelt once. and i know several people would always wrap up small little cookie packets for each individual. so! i vote for making them each little packets of cookies or something like that, if you really wanted to do something. if the office is already doing office wide things, i really don't think you need to do anything too elaborate yourself, you know?
