Welcome Students
Hello and welcome to all returning students and new faces. Pardon the late introduction, I was in the nurses office until recently, but her wonderful healing prowess has returned me to perfect health.
My name is Prince Charming and I'm the head of the english department. I find myself honored to be your guide on our tour throughout the mysterious realm of the written word. However, I have a few small announcements to make.
First of all, Mr. Yao, I believe it is? I received a letter from your previous school and it instructs me to tell you this: please refrain from entering any of my classes through anything but the door. Also, NO you may not have the apple on my desk.
Mr. Flowright. To avoid an incident like last year please refrain from drinking alcohol in your class and sharing it with your students.
And now I'd like to ask something of all my students in Writing Composition. I have some extra-credit homework for you. Absolutely no marks will be deducted if you decide not to do it, but if you do do it, then I'll omit your lowest test score by the end of the year. What I want to see from you is an example of your current skill in the form of a love letter. In order to avoid embarassment, you do not have to include an adressee if you don't want to. Please submit it as a response to this journal entry.
