Open Log: March of the Wooden Soldiers
Okay! Since much more people than I had expected (0) volunteered to come to PC's aid, I decided to make this an open log. Since this is the first/only open log I'm doing, I'm kind of using Italy's pool party as a reference.
Who: Anyone who already said they were coming.
What: The Adversary's army of wooden soldiers is marching on Fabletown. This is the battle to stop them. Also, this battle has to remain a secret to all of New York City, so try and resist using "end-of-world" spells. coughowencough.
Where: Fabletown, which is located on Bullfinch street in New York City. NO ONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES can take the fighting outside this area.
When: The night of saturday June 27th. However, we can start posting right now and continue posting till next week if we need to.
How: Logging via comments. Action, prose, whatever you like. Just do what we did in Italy's pool party (forgive me Sheepi).
I'll be adding the areas/phases of battle and general strategy for each below.
EDIT: Just thought I should let everyone know what kind of enemy we're facing so you can type your actions apropriately. The wooden soldiers look perfectly human, except they dress like the men in black. However, even though they're hands and heads are enchanted to look like flesh, they are pure wood. Wood doesn't have internal organs. If you shoot them in the "heart" they aren't going to stop moving. Also, ordinary swords are going to get stuck in the wood. To put it simply, trying to kill one of these guys is slightly easier than trying to kill a tree. Except these guys have guns. Oh, and there's thousands of them.
