Story time! 
Me: *gets out of car and goes into Comcast office to pick up internet installation kit for apartment* Internet IS first priority, after all!
*gets in line*
Man: *gets in line behind me* "You know, this is just an annoyance of mine, but I really hate it when people leave their kids in the car to come in here and leave the car running. It's so bad for the environment!
"
Me: "...Yup..."
*thinks* Maybe this guy just wants to talk? O-kaaay...
Man: "It's not for me, since my kids are all grown, but for your kids."
*continues on about global warming and people leaving their cars on*
Me: *agreeing noises throughout*
Man: *touches my shoulder* "...So next time turn the car off."
Me:
"...My car is off..."
Man: "..."
Me: *points to my car* "It's the green one."
Man: "Oh! I'm so sorry! I thought you got out of the Saab right there!"
Me: "Heh, it's okay...
"
Man: *apologizes a few more times while I'm at the counter and he's at the next one over*
Really? Do I look like I drive a Saab!? Do I look like I have enough money for one!? DO I LOOK LIKE I HAVE A TEENAGE SON THAT I LEFT IN SAID SAAB!? SRSLY!
Car name update! I will name the car close to what ___ suggested (Verde the Pea) It has apparently been dubbed P. Green. I had had "Green Pea" stuck in my head for a while, and then I looked down at my new license plates the other day, only to see... *drumrolls* ****PGN. KORETTE DESTINY OR WHAT!? I almost cracked up in the middle of the Motor Vehicles parking lot. XDD
Okay, now I'm going to go turn my computer off because the power cord is slowly frying (that burning smell is lovely, let me tell you) and I really need to actually unpack and put everything away. And apparently some guy in Australia just spent a week in a tree to avoid being eaten by crocodiles. o.O
