Before I do my meta of last night's episode, I'll continue to bask in the ever-loving glory that is was Volume One. Cutting, for two images of gimongous size, and also (possible) Volume Two spoilers.(!!)

You got Zach and Milo next to each other, which is adorkable to the tenth power; Matt John (looking all kinds of pissed off) next to Hayden (because Taire (Cled?) is so my new ship), and OMG if that is Clea wearing the All-Stars I will DIE! And did I mention how in love I am with the way Zach works his sleeve cuffs? *inhales*
Now, as far as the SPOILERS go, I'm reposting the latest from Watch with Kristin (original link HERE). Original text is regular size, my thoughts on the matter are in smaller text. That said, ahoy!
Spoiler Alert! I have it on good authority that both Milo Ventimiglia (Peter) and Adrian Pasdar (Nathan) are back next season. I'm also 99 percent certain Greg Grunberg (Matt) is back, but not so sure about D.L. (Leonard Roberts). I have a sneaking suspicion Linderman's blood or heart may heal him, but that could just be my wishful thinking, for I love Leonard so.
Okay, I felt pretty sure from the get go that Milo/Petey would be back. Being that he's pretty much the MAIN GUY in the show. While I definitely think Nathan is long gone, if Adrian is sticking around it can only be by Candace's ability, (at least until Sylar takes it).
Also, "99 percent" for the case of Matt makes me extremely relieved, considering he looked as good as gone last we saw him.
Glug! Glug! The script called for Nathan to drop Peter into the ocean after he exploded, which should explain my "swim" reference in today's chat. We'll see next season if that is indeed where P.P. landed.
My brain just exploded drowned from this statement. :|
Spoiler Alert Part Deux! I'm told next season begins four months into the future, and two of the main characters are in deep despair--one having completely lost his memory (bring on the Bourne Identity storyline!) and the other having developed a major drinking problem. Told ya Sylar wasn't this show's only demon.
*keysmash* WTFOURMONTHS?! In the timeline of the show we haven't even known any of the characters for four months! Explain, please. But also, I'm kinda hoping the guy with the memory loss is Sylar. I'd love to see him "go straight" for a spell, only to return to the Dark Side even more badass than ever! As far as the drunky goes, I can only imagine Peter being in that position. I mean, if you had gone through all the shit he's been through, dying multiple times, knowing his mother knew all about the explosion from the start, nearly blowning up a good chunk of NYC, only to be responsible for the death of your brother who came at the last second to save the day, well then, yeah, I'm pretty sure you'd have a drinking problem, too. Plus, we all know Claude liked to hit the bottle, so maybe some of that rubbed off on the emo!woob.
Did I Mention Hiro Will Be in 17th-Freaking-Century Japan? That's just awesome! I'm hearing it could be as many as six episodes that he spends there. Sans Ando.
Yes, just awesome! Except for the whole "sans Ando" part. I really digg the two of them together, especially after Hiro saved him from the very cusp of death at the hands fingertip of Sylar. Not to mention Ando's whole "you look badass" remark. &hearts I hope we get to see them together in the future.
