A letter home

Jan 08, 2006 20:26

Alanna pulled out a sheet of parchment and her quill and began to write a letter home to a new recipient. Sir Gareth the senior had complained about a lack of information about her education, she might as well humor him. Sir Gareth the younger recieved quite enough, and some of it with lemon bars.

Sir Gareth,

I have recieved your message and will do my best to keep you inform. I am not certain as to what Prince Jon said about the gremlins, however, I am in no way interested in getting close enough to study them. The same for the inter-dimensional portal I mentioned.

As I mentioned during one of the banquets, I have been the Securities Officer for the past term. However, the Student Council is being liquified and therefore I am re-running for Junior representative. I also met with Principal Smith (who is replacing our old Principal) who is allowing me to keep Lightning. Both he and Faithful have been behaving themselves.

We have had twenty new students join us for next term. I have been assigned as a "big sister brother" to a rather invisible one. Not literally, she has just not showed up anywhere yet. Yesterday, I recieve my class assignments. In the next term I will be taking Political Campaigning, The Tactics of War, Speech 201, Journalistic Integrity, and Sociology: Sex Cultures Human Interaction. I am planning on trying to add a sixth class if allowed by the administration.

I hope this letter satisfies your wishes,
Squire Alan of Trebond.

Alanna glanced over the letter and sighed. It more or less said exactly what he wanted to hear. Now as long as he didn't decide to visit school, she was set.
