Found an interesting link off a /. story on the anime industry, which confirmed most of what I've heard about the shitty living most animators make in Japan, although it looks like things might be changing a bit, and it mentioned a couple companies that pay reasonably well/do profit sharing/hire locally instead of shipping off all their inbetweens ( Read more... )
