First J 5 Days in 7 years, and first since the closing of AX. Oh, how we miss you, AX. ;_;

We were especially lazy this time around, often missing at least the first opener, sometimes not getting there until they'd all nearly finished. We did manage to catch AA=, as well as Fullscratch (Masa!!!), but missed 女王蜂 (not that Girl minds :P")- having never heard of any of the others, we weren't terribly upset or interested either way. Gettin' old... :P"

Highlights from this 5 Days included a new song, 'Rolling', as well as punk covers w/ the other band members on each of the 4 nights. As for the openers... we missed both the first night, but for the cover session, the bassist from Namba69 (presumably Akihiro Namba, who did an event w/ J before that we didn't go to) came out w/ a J model glitter red bass, while J used a black ESP Jazz bass (Namba sig model?). On day 2, one of the bands' vocalist talked about being a LUNA SEA SLAVE and being impressed with the vibrato on JESUS, which he mimicked to everyone's amusement. The 3rd band did a medley of Stevie Wonder's "I Just Called to Say I Love You" with the Kinks' "All Day and All of the Night", only with the dirty 2 Live Crew lyrics. XD



5 Days lineup
On night 3, TOTALFAT's bassist & guitarist joined for the cover, as well as AA='s drummer (putting Scott on vox) and bassist, who took J's TVB white, leaving him bassless... which was quite amusing, as he didn't seem to know what to do with himself without a bass. XD Day 4 gave us Radiots singing "Yo Ho, Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life For Me", and their guitarist came out for the cover session wearing a LUNA SEA 'MOTHER' t-shirt (and a big bottle of shochu, which he shared w/ Gocchin), along w/ their and the other 2 bands' vocalists.
