While last night was nice & spacious (at least, when we got in- before the lights went down and about 200 more people decided to move in front of us/the barrier), tonight was jam-packed when we went got inside 1/2 hr before show time. Ended up getting a decent spot in the middle w/ our backs against the barrier (thus allowing us to only worry about people coming in from 3 directions instead of 8), which is where we ended up yesterday anyway (we'd moved up a bit when the lights went out, but so many more people came to the front area that eventually we got pushed back against the barrier).

Probably the most amusing part of tonight was Rikiji- he came out wearing a white tank-tee, black derby hat, and The Crow make-up. Seriously. Dude looked like a mime from hell. Ken commented on how "some of you may have noticed something about one of the members tonight..." & said he looked like a "scary clown" (incidentally, Insane Clown Posse were featured in the pre-show music with "Fuck the World", followed by Jane's Addiction & Nirvana, & with some White Zombie & NIN in the mix as well)... After that he commented on Pablo, who had on a similar white tank-tee, black leather jacket, & blue bandana over his head, saying he'd just come out of the "Bad" video (although as he said that, the "Beat It" video popped into my head- must be since I've seen that one more, but oh well- same basic idea). KAZ was in his typical J-Rocker fashion- black t-shirt, started out w/ a red flannel over it but ditched it a few songs in (it was HOT in there- and the girl standing next to us was in her COAT the entire time... can't even imagine). Ken was in the usual baggy black pants w/ dangling suspenders & a black long-sleeve shirt with deliberate "oops, it's coming apart here" tears.

Ended up w/ 3 different songs- swapped out Good Bye, Lullabye & Your Yesterday for Come Alive, Crazy, & Radio Song- and some other songs were shuffled around a bit. Overall, probably due to it being sold out and a Saturday, a much higher energy level show. Ken announced a fan club starting soon, w/ a show on April 9th. Sweet! But at the same time, yet another fan club membership to maintain. Margh. Oh well.
