"Islanded in a Stream of Stars" has me feeling closer to and happier with BSG than I have in weeks. More than just the shippy satisfaction I got out of it (though let's be realistic--that was a huge part of it!), I think what made this episode so great overall for me was that it really had a little bit of everyone and everything. I don't have as much to say about this one, as I'm still struggling with how disappointed I was by "Deadlock." I guess as long as it all turns out to have been worth it in the end I'll be fine with it, but as for the episode itself? It just didn't work for me at all.

This episode reminded me a lot of the eps in 4.0, which I felt focused way too much on the Cylons and on plot over characters in general, so I didn't much care for it (though maybe a rewatch will help).
