I went for my first skate of the year. Just two laps around the neighborhood. Enough to work up a sweat, but short enough to finish before my hip could figure out what was happening.

One thing I learned...Tai Chi has given me some rock hard thighs. :-)

The weather conditions today were less than optimal for bike racing (i.e. too windy), so I decided to see how long it would take me to complete the 2.5 mile loop on inline skates.
