Absolutely Swimming in Applesauce

I have made 2.5 litres of tangy applesauce, courtesy of a sour apple tree in Buckhorn, Ontario. If anyone in Toronto wants any, please take some off my hands. It's all in 250mL glass canning jars, but it's not actually preserved so it has to stay in the fridge until eaten. You can add sugar or cinnamon to your desired sweetness/cinnamonnality. Or we could organize a food fight :-P
