I squirted myself in the face with my own blood. I am not shitting you, internets.
So, there I was, sitting down to test my fasting blood sugar as all we good prediabetics/diabetics do.
I poked my finger to get my daily fasting blood sugar and all I got was a little, bitty tiny bead of blood, not enough for a sample. So, I went to squeeze my finger a little to get more.
I ended up squirting my self like I'd popped a cherry tomato. It was kind of surreal because it didn't hurt, it just...gushed.
The funny? (If squirting blood doesn't give you the giggles). That I was a mix of horrified and "oh my god, it's like from Dexter! This could totally be forensic science!"
