I read somewhere the idea of making a "Compliment File" to look at when sad, and the more I think about it, the more I like it. It is what it sounds like; you just write down the compliments that people give you and file them together and then get a pick-me-up somewhere down the line if/when you need it ( Read more... )

I set up my room more (except for making my bed, I'm too tired so I'm just going to sleep with random covers on it. And yet I'm not so sleepy I won't keep typing...).
