When: Last Saturday night (pretend this was up then, the way I meant it to be. cough cough.)
Where: Tim and Poland's apartment.
What: Tim Drake, former classy millionaire and eternal geek, tries to throw a college party.
Who: Pretty much anybody who wants to show up, honestly, but the signs advertising it will have been on campus.
[The party is

There better be girls at this party.
[ That's some comment coming from a boy currently eating a gigantic sausage. ]

There are going to be girls. Relax. Have a little faith.

[ One of these "two guys" happens to be partial to swearing women's clothing- but not today! Poland is wearing something almost akin to normal (although the hoodie is pink. Tim, if living with the other boy for a year has been an indication of anything, casual male fashion is a Poland sign of nerves. ]

[While Tim doesn't miss the tell-tale of nervousness, he's long since given up any attempt to understand Feliks. But he'd like him to be able to stay calm for the party, rather than... histrionic.]
I put up flyers all over campus. And I think Souji's friends are coming, and shockingly, some of them are girls. Seriously, don't worry about it.

You'll thank me for these later.
[ He sets them down on the closest table unceremoniously and pats his jacket pocket, full of slightly more illegal and infinitely more fun contraband. ]
If you don't mind, I think I'll save this until the ladies show up.

Door fee! Like, give me a sip!

Fair enough.
[ He picks an unmarked bottle back up and stares at it for a second before shoving it in Poland's direction. ]
Honestly, man, I hope that one's petrol.

Though there was nothing she was wearing that was immediately indicative of her gender, she was rather surprised to see that no other girls up to that point had arrived yet, but also disappointed. Aside from her host club friends, she didn't really know anyone, and this being her first real party, she had no idea what she was supposed to do. Being an unknown, she likely wasn't about to be harassed. Maybe bumped into by one of those guys who were drinking, but directly harassed? Nah. Hopefully soon someone she knew would show up and she'd feel less awkward and out of place.]

Tim calls across the room, currently caught between Poland and Nathan in some sort of apparently awkward conversation. Extricating himself, and trying not to feel to disapproving of a high school kid (he's pretty sure) at a party like this, he smiles and offers a hand.]
Tim Drake. You look a little lost.

Yeah, just a little. I've never been to something like this before. I'm... not really sure what I should be doing with myself. Fujioka Haruhi. It's nice to meet you.

[By quietest he means least drunk, and he hopes Haruhi understands that. Also, wow. That's quite a smile. It reminds him a little bit of... well, several people, actually. Kon at his Kansas-farmboy best, for one. After a moment, he becomes aware of the fact that he's not quite sure if Haruhi is a boy or a girl.]

Hey, come on in. Glad you could make it.

Hey. Thanks for having me. [Her unenthusiastic tone probably says otherwise.]

You need to eat like, at least 20 of these or something. You're too skinny!! I'll like, be SUPER offended if you don't.
[ In these situations, Poland is like your overbearing mom. You know, if she wasn't a master assassin and you you weren't kidnapped from her to live a miserable and pain fueled childhood and okay so maybe not like your mother at all. Just don't argue. ]

[ taking them politely, like a good ninja house guest. alfred would be proud. ]
