Samurai X Art Ideas?
Next up in Advanced Art assignments: computer art.
As the subject line of this post suggests, I want to do something with "Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal" and I wanted to know if anyone out there who has seen it has anything that they remember best from the movie--a quote, a scene, whatever. For example, for me, a quote is Master Hiko's poetic description of the seasons and nature--and then using it to justify his alcoholism XD (Unfortunately, I don't think that one would work for this assignment.) Or for scenes, all the different scenes that slip away from what's going on right then to focus on something from nature (because of Tomo, I'm thinking of putting an iris somewhere in it).
I was looking around online the other day for some ideas, and was impressed by this piece that I found on Deviant Art.
Of course, plagiarizing would be ethically, morally, and overall totally unacceptable, but I would like to do something along those lines quality-speaking.
I did find a picture that I would like to use.
Trying to think of other specific images from the movie that I *really* liked--there's the scene where he's near the cemetary, and it looks like Tomo's spirit is wrapping itself around him. Now, to find a picture of that ...
And, can you believe it: just a few weeks ago I loaned all of my Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X stuff to my cousin in Lee's Summit. I think that's the definition of irony. (Ah, but I'm happy to come through for him.)
Yeah, so, anyways, any suggestions one would like to contribute?
