I've been invited to a masquerade.
No shit. As in, a party where everyone wears masks. Hosted by a friend of Tatiana's. It's on Saturday, I think, and if so, my dad and sisters are coming over earlier that day with my desk and stuff; I could ask if they can remember to bring over a few of my masks I have hanging on the wall. Most of them are typical made-of-feathers goes-over-your-eyes masks, my favorite being the white one accented with peacock feathers; I also have a full-faced one made to resemble a lion...
Have to talk to Tatiana later about the details. Location, and subsequently, determining transportation are integral. Shall probably be going. Hope I can get a few other people to come too.
Also, I want to this weekend go to Radio Shack and get a wireless card for my computer. I looked on their site and it looks like I might get lucky and find something in the $15-20 price range, which would be sweet.
Also, I'm getting Rainbow (the bird) a friend sometime in the next month. I'm not sure what yet. I was thinking a finch but maybe a cockatiel or another parakeet? The deciding factors shall be price and of course what would probably complement him best. Top choice in the latter category would probably be another parakeet, but if I can get away with it some species variety would be kinda cool.
