Mukuro waited in the shadows and out of view; this was almost far too easy. All he had to do was throw out some bait and wait for the fish to bite. Oh, and how did the fish did bite. It bit the bait a bit faster than he had expected, which really isn’t a bad thing in the end. He could even say it was like a lamb walking right into a slaughterhouse or something else along those lines. But honestly, Mukuro simply wanted to confirm his dreams in addition to the other motive so clearly stated
( ... )
He had only been walking around for several minutes but it already felt like hours. Looooong hours. And it was cold too. Which just made all this worse.
Why had he come anyways? There was that one question that he wanted answers to, but he came for other reasons too. In his dreams, Mukuro had been a part of his family. Plus, Tsuna was convinced that Mukuro wasn't as bad as he made out to be. Ever since he had met Reborn he had learned that there was always something hidden...or something like that. Tsuna wasn't good with all that philosophical stuff.
But honestly, he wondered if really was Mukuro. More than anything, he wanted to know what was real and what was just part of a dream. It would have been easier if somebody could just tell him!
Tsuna froze in his tracks, turning pale. He wanted to bang his head against a wall for being so stupid.
"M-Mukuro-san?!" He stuttered. This was familiar...something that happened in his dreams? It was the first time he went into Hyper dying will mode...Tsuna was pretty sure he wasn't capable of that at the moment. There were no dying-will bullets here and no Reborn to shoot him with them.
"I'm here, satisfied?!" He tried pulling away but Mukuro's grip was strong.
Mukuro continued to laugh softly simply enjoying Tsuna's expression; he really was the same person as the one that he dreamed up. Save for the fact that this one was a touch more cute than the one in his dreams. Maybe things in your dreams aren't always better than real life.
"Satisfied? Not quite. You've only delivered the goods to me. I need to try it to see if it's really what I want, but seeing that you brought it to me-" His voiced trailed off.
"I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. Though that can wait seeing that isn’t what you came for. I was going to explain how you can own someone." Mukuro released his hold on Tsuna and took a few steps back.
"The first way to own someone is to be able to make them do whatever you want. Exhibit A."
"T-Try it?!" His eyes grew wide. What did he mean by that?!
Released, he turned around to face Mukuro. His wrists hurt just a tad bit...not too bad but well, they hurt. He rubbed his wrists to lessen the pain.
Okay...so maybe that wasn't the best idea.
This whole day was filled with bad ideas, then.
He observed the area for said "Exhibit A." Someone that he could make the person do what ever he wanted? Did that mean Mukuro still had the mind controlling powers? Or maybe, were Chikusa-san and Ken-san here? Brown eyes watched expectantly.
"Yes. Try the wonderful tuna that you've brought me. I have to check for quality, but we can put that off until later." Mukuro replied ever chuckling softly. The amusement never seemed to end with Tsuna. His innocence, naivety and softness were truly laughable.
Watching Tsuna scan for some other presence was also amusing. How did all of this manage to go over his head so easily? Didn't anyone teach him the basics of word play? Oh well, not like it really mattered. If anything it made the game that much more entertaining. Mukuro allowed for it to continue for a bit longer before jumping in. "Exhibit A would be you, Sawada Tsunayoshi. Though that doesn't seem to be like your name here..."
How to check the quality of a piece of tuna was actually quite easy, really. First you have to examine the smell before even thinking about trying it. If it carried any slightest scent of something fishy then it wasn't a good piece and would be best to be fed to the family cat. Then after it passed the scent test, would it be the ideal time to actually taste the tuna for the quality of its texture. Just a small piece at first though. It was to test the texture and to make sure that the cut was good. Not like it was possible to get wrong, but life is full of surprises
( ... )
"Er...okay..." Tsuna replied hesitantly. He wasn't sure if he wanted to find out anymore...Couldn't quality be tested by talking? Well for people...at least? How else could you test it? Can you even test it?! Grahdflakdjf too confusing.
He flinched a little bit under Mukuro's gaze. The laugh didn't help either.
"You didn't make me come here. I came here on my own." Actually, Tsuna wasn't very sure that was true anymore...but he was pretty sure it wasn't because of any unnatural reasons. Nothing creepy...Er...that he noticed.
...At least his name was the same. It was much easier to remember and then he wouldn't have to worry about calling Mukuro the wrong name. It was already hard enough calling Yamamoto Timmy...that still needed some time. So not everybody's name was different. He still had his first name...Tsuna laughed sheepishly, "At least I don't have to worry about getting your name wrong."

He sighed again. This was too complicated.
