Frenetic, shivering from the cold, and completely unaware of what was about to come next. Excellent.

Now was the prefect time to make his grand entrance, though before that he had to confirm what he saw. The boy from his dreams and the one walking around aimlessly were indeed one and the same. With the timing perfected and the confirmation made, Mukuro carefully crept over to his unsuspecting target. Step by step and utilizing his long legs by taking long strides, he eventually stood directly behind the significantly smaller boy. Completely silent, he reached out and lightly grabbed a hold of Tsuna's arms. This was certainly a familiar feeling.

"So you really did come." Mukuro said softly into Tsuna's ear. His back was hunched over from having to bend over to match Tsuna's height. "I almost thought that you were going to reject me, or at the very least bring someone else with you."

He chuckled softly while still remaining to have a solid hold on Tsuna's arms. His grip wasn't extremely tight nor would in any way bruise the small arms, but it was tight enough so that if he did struggle, he wouldn't be able to get away too easily. The tuna was officially ensnared in a net.
