So I have got to get with it with this losing weight thing...I haven't done any excercise for two days and I realize I have got another ten to twelve pounds to lose before I am in an ideal range. Technically for me, I am supposed to be about 175-177 for being 6 foot. I was trying to figure out my body build type and so I looked for a tape measure and all I found was the one in my tool box. I got my chest measurement but I keep slapping myself when trying to my elbow. So I quit on that. So after losing ten pounds I still got stuff to do.
Tomorrow I wake up eat two bowls of ceral. Do some hausaufgaben. Take a metabolism booster. Do 60 reg curls in sets of 12. Do some more hausaufgaben. Eat a small snack. Do another 60 reg curls. Another metabolism booster. Do 1/2 hour on the stairs. Eat a lunch. Rest and chill out for an hour. Another metabolism booster. Do 1/2 of stairs and then take a shower. Do some mathematik hausaufgaben. Do some more curls. eat a snack. Go to a sporting store and pick up some new bars for weights and maybe some weight gloves. Cook dinner with mom and rest for the rest of the rest day before halloween.
I am not doing anything for halloween. I am just sticking arounf home I think and watch some scary movies. I didn't get a costume. I didn't really feel like dressing up anyways. Is anyone doing anything exciting for halloween?
