Kicked in the dick by the world yet again-- we had some massive rainstorms yesterday, and two weeks after installing new carpet, my living room and basement inexplicably flood. I have tried all sorts of things for hiccups, and this is the only one that works reliably quickly. Heh. The straw is actually very helpful in the not-sloshing aspect of the water drinking.
Hee! So true! Poor Cloud, even though it's his own natural ability, Zack tries to claim it's part of his personality that Cloud inherited. Zack's speeches are like the ones in Animal House. "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?!"

Hee! I just, I always had a fear of getting them during a final exam or something, and being stuck helplessly hiccuping while I tried to write an essay about the reign Charlemagne, or something.
It's why together, he, Cloud, and Sephiroth almost make up one normal person. They're like the Id, Ego, and Superego.

Um, hi. I just wanted to say, I read your entries. All of them. A lot. Specifically, I save up reading all your entries for the end of the month and then spend hours howling over them and getting yelled at by my nearest and dearest, who wonder what kind of drug I must be on. I suppose my drug must be you. Between you and Twig's recent comments about Harry Potter, I end up collapsed on my laptop in absolute stitches. And now that pressure is building up from the meatworld (and more specifically, my parents) to buy a house, I need all the joy in life I can retain. So please, keep writing the long entries. The masters of my virtual world are what's keeping me from strangling the loan agency people before throw myself off a bridge. Hope you don't mind me friending you?

And wow, that makes me feel like I should probably, uh, post more than once or twice a month, in order to give you a better backlog to fill up. Heh. This kind of comment-- you have no idea how much it makes me grin, or how happy it makes me. (Though of the two of us, I'm gonna say that Twig is probably always going to be the funnier one, so I'm totally stoked you're reading her. Not to mention she posts, like, five times the amount I do. More bang for your buck.)
I do not mind at all! Always, always good to have another FFVII fan around, since that's my fandom I will never abandon.

Your posts always make me happy. I either have something wonderful to smile about, or I get fascinating tidbits and news that I am compelled to share with people... who unfortunately don't understand your humour and inevitably think I've gone that much further off the deep end, but meh. You make the world (or at least my world) a better place. If only the government could come out with more public services like the kind you provide, I'd die laughing. Probably literally.
